What will you need?

Visa requirements – make sure from your travel agent if you need a visa

Inoculations – no inoculations are required. We advise clients to keep their tetanus shots up to date We hunt mostly outside the high-risk malaria areas

First aid kits are being carried but special medication should be brought along

Rifle Imports – to be advised before leaving for South Africa

Clothing – Most important is a pair of walking boots. Broad rim hat to protect you from the sun is also advisable. Bring warm cloths for our winter months (April – Aug) as well as for some evenings in summer time. We prefer our clients to wear long pants for protection. Make sure you pack no bright colors – khaki or faded blue and green etc will be the best.

Cameras – Our power supply is 220 volt – bring an inverter for recharging. The same is true for other electrical supplies.

Hunt bookings – agreement must be completed. In case of a non-donation hunt - 50% deposit of the daily rates and animals to hunt to confirm your booking. Balance payable before hunting commences. Payments accepted in the form of cash or travelers checks. Cancellation <60days – no refund. In more than 60 days we retain 20% of your deposit, If you reschedule your hunt we surcharge a fee of 20% of the daily rates.

Hunting fees include

1. The service of a licensed professional hunter and the use of hunting vehicle.
2. All accommodation, meals and laundry.
3. Trackers and skinners
4. Field preparation of trophies
5. Delivery of trophies to taxidermist
6. Hunting licenses where applicable
7. Liquor
8. Transport between venues

Hunting fees do not include

1. Tobacco and gratuities.
2. Government sales tax.
3. Hire of rifles and ammunition.
4. The preparation and export of trophies from South Africa.
5. Medical expenses

Non Hunting fee per person per day include

1. All accommodation, meals & laundry
2. Transport between venues
3. Refreshments & Liquor
4. All recreational activities
5. Guiding services

Non Hunting fee per person per day exclude

1 Tobacco and gratuities
2 Medical expenses

PHOTO OF HUNTING VEHICLE Transport – please make reservations all the way to Kimberley Airport. You will be met by one of the Ubathi staff and transported by vehicle to the farm, 45 miles West of Kimberley.

Hunting will be done on foot and by vehicle. You can also utilize our blinds to hunt from or to take some pictures.
